The media center is a multi-roomed facility located near the lunchroom and office areas of the school. The main room of the media center complex consists of a fiction section, a reference section, a non-fiction section, a professional section, an award section, an audio visual section, and a quiet reading area with periodicals and newspapers. Across from the circulation desk is a bank of computers. Also located in the media center complex are a teacher workroom, an equipment storage room/meeting room, vertical file/periodical/conference room, AV telecasting room, and media specialist office. The media center is fully automated and works on an open door policy. High school students may come to the media center at any time with proper media center passes or before school, during break or lunch with no pass. Middle school students must always come in with their agendas. Hours of operation are from 7:30am until 3:00pm Monday through Friday.
